If you are a born digital storyteller and love content and communications, this is a once in a lifetime chance to head up a growing and dynamic business leading all aspects of content development (including video, digital and social); content strategy; channel measurement; and production management in the PR industry. You will understand how to engage and grow audiences with an earned-first story-telling lens and amplification strategy across owned, social and paid channels. You live and breath content, production, social and how to connect with audiences.

You will lead a dozen-strong talented and collaborative team of videographers, producers, designers, animators and social strategists to ideate and successfully execute progressive integrated campaigns across a diverse portfolio of some the most loved and celebrated local and global brands. Finance Manager (Sydney)

 

Thrive PR, Australasia’s largest independent public relations agency, is seeking an inhouse Finance Manager to help the agency with its growth trajectory and expansion in the region. This is the perfect role for an experienced Finance professional to apply their accounting knowledge within a busy and professional environment.
 

Working in the public relations sector, an industry that is in high demand with long term opportunities, the Finance Manager will be eager to learn about the industry to assist in the delivery of global best practice standards and to assist the company to reach its short, mid and long-term financial goals. Day-to-day, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the implementation of commercial practices and strategies and plays a key role in the overall financial health of the agency and its six locations in Australia and New Zealand.


The Finance Manager is the go-to person for all Accounts and Finance matters, managing the day-to-day accounting operations; reporting; budget and forecasting; internal processes and controls.


Reports directly to the Finance Director.

The Role
Thrive is looking for a dynamic Consumer Group Account Director with consumer public relations experience and a passion to create impactful campaigns.

Duties include

  • Manage a diverse and high profile consumer client portfolio

  • Manage and develop client relationships

  • Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams

  • Lead consumer channel agnostic communication strategies

  • Oversee all client media communications for your clients

  • Media liaison and relationship building

  • New business development and growth

About you

  • 10+ years of industry PR experience, either in agency or in-house
