Office Coordinator (Sydney)

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator, located in our Sydney office.  This role presents a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the smooth running of our Sydney office while providing administration support across our various office locations.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sydney, Brisbane and Perth teams in the overall efficient running of those offices, along with supporting the Australasian General Manager with key national administration and operational requirements of the business.

An optimistic team approach, energy and the ability to multitask, as well as being able to think commercially and practically, will see you succeed in this role. Operating in a public relations agency also requires the candidate to have excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture relationships with colleagues and suppliers – essential ingredients for the successful implementation of improved processes across the business.

Senior Account Executive/Account Manager (Sydney)

This is a unique opportunity at an SAE/AM level to work across a small portfolio of premium brands in the automotive and consumer lifestyle space working on integrated campaigns across media relations, activations, influencer/social and sponsorships.

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, well connected and collaborative SAE/AM. You are a team player, have a passion for pop culture; a thirst for learning to help you achieve extraordinary everyday; a media hound with a never give up attitude; and totally get off on flexing those creative muscles to deliver integrated communications magic.

Group Account Director - Sport (Melbourne)

This is a unique specialist role leading teams across a portfolio of dynamic clients, with a sports skew, and with the opportunity to lead on consumer lifestyle brands and corporate work, while being fully supported by a full service content studio, creative team, finance team, dedicated Client Experience Manager, New Business Development Manager, People & Culture Director.

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, well connected and collaborative GAD with a love of sports and a proven track record in this field. You are a team player, with strong strategic counsel capabilities alongside an attitude of rolling up your sleeves when needed.
