For the 4th year running, Thrive has been drafted to team Fight Cancer Foundation as the PR agency of Fight Cancer Foundation’s Footy Colours Day campaign.
Footy Colours Day is a national fundraising campaign, held during the month of September, to support kids living with cancer.
Thrive works closely with Fight Cancer Foundation to encourage schools, workplaces, groups and clubs across Australia to wear their favourite footy team’s colours and host an event to raise much-needed funds. Every dollar raised supports Fight Cancer Foundation’s education programs to help kids with cancer continue with their education during treatment and recovery.
Thrive’s role during the campaign includes ambassador profiling, working with footy stars including AFL’s Adam Treloar (Collingwood FC), Jordan Lewis (Melbourne FC) and Kieren Jack (Sydney Swans) and NRL players Mitchell Moses (Parramatta Eels) and Luke Brooks (Wests Tigers).
Thrive also raises awareness of the Footy Colours Day fundraiser and drives much-needed donations through local and metro fundraiser storytelling, patient profiling, social media engagement and event management.
