Leggo’s Vine Ripe Banquet

Thrive360 was transformed into a rustic Italian banquet hall this week, to celebrate the launch of the new Leggo’s Vine Ripe pasta sauce range. The exclusive evening saw VIP guests congregate under the vines for an intimate al dente dining experience. It was Instagram heaven, with a guest list packed with food lovers including Channel Seven’s Kylie Gillies, shopaholic Kathy Sheeran, AFL Norm Smith medallist Ryan O’Keefe and MKR front runner Luke Hines.

The Italian menu was specifically crafted to exude the authentic flavours of the three new sauce varieties: Tomato & Roasted Garlic, Tomato & Basil and Tomato & Onion. Made with 100% Australian vine ripened tomatoes grown in the ‘fruit bowl’ region in Victoria’s North and Southern NSW, the Leggo’s Vine Ripe range helps to create delicious, fresh Italian dishes any night of the week.

As guests enjoyed their meal, food blogger and host for the evening Kate Gibbs led a cooking demonstration with the help of guests Ryan and Luke. The boys almost stole the show with their culinary skills before recently signed Opera Australia singer, Lorenzo Rositano, emerged from the back kitchens surprising guests with his rendition of La Donna è Mobile which features in the Leggo’s Vine Ripe ad campaign. As Lorenzo serenaded guests, there was laughter and cheer for a group more like family and friends than colleagues.

To complete the night, guests “shopped the shelves” for fresh produce including cloves of garlic, on the vine tomatoes, fresh basil, bundles of carrots, shallots, Spanish onions and organic pasta, departing with bags full of ingredients….and Leggo’s new Vine Ripe Pasta sauce.

Salute!
