Thrive lands on Swiss ‘Apres Ski’ Party on George Street & Collaboration with Dessert Creative Katherine Sabbath
VIP Sydneysiders and media friends hit the slopes for a Swiss ‘Apres Ski’ party to celebrate the launch of the largest Movenpick Boutique in Australasia. Thrive transformed the new Sydney CBD boutique (located on 580 George Street) into a chic apres ski chalet, while acclaimed dessert creative, Katherine Sabbath, created an exclusive dessert in celebration of the new boutique opening.
Celebrity guests, bloggers and media enjoyed limitless ice-cream and Katherine’s masterpiece – a rich chocolate shortbread tartlet filled with Mövenpick ice cream, finished with a dark chocolate and raspberry chocolate shard, all drizzled in raspberry coulis…yum!
It was so good, it’s now become a regular item on Movenpick’s menus!
The campaign capped off with a workshop with Katherine and some of her favourite foodie bloggers.
