A sweet night was had by all on Thursday 28 November when Australia’s premium sugar brand CSR Sugar joined forces with chef, restaurateur and food writer, Karen Martini to host a masterclass on Entertaining the Mediterranean Way.
Thrive was challenged with educating key opinion leaders (KOL’s) in the lifestyle and food space about the different ways that the CSR Sugar Specialty and Everyday Baking ranges can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes when entertaining friends and family.
We partnered with Karen Martini to develop exclusive recipes using a variety of CSR Sugar. Staying true to CSR’s brand values of bringing people, families and loved ones together to create in the kitchen, Karen produced two recipes that are personal family favourites during celebratory occasions - Sugar Cured Beef with Agrodolce Shallots and Spiced Cantuccini - Pistachio, Cherry and Almond Biscotti.
By hosting an intimate and interactive event at Thrive’s 360 studio space in Sydney, CSR Sugar was able to provide key media, partners and influencers with a memorable, entertaining and informative experience about the versatility of CSR Sugar products.
The event ensured that CSR Sugar remains top of mind ahead of the festive season and beyond.
