Last night celebrities, artists, designers, bloggers and magazine editors joined us to celebrate the launch of the annual Temple & Webster Take A Seat for Legacy campaign.
In a jaw-dropping exhibition, the launch was an exciting, and at times emotional celebration of the vital work of Legacy Australia and the contributions of the participating talent. The Temple & Webster’s style team created a spectacular exhibition of the 37 chairs that had been designed and created by some of Australia’s most loved personalities from the realms of television, radio, sport, design and interiors including Chris Bath, Cool Edies, Jason Grant, John Sutton, Megan Morton, Lisa Green, Paul Hogan and Melissa Doyle.
The party, held at The Atrium within The Grounds of Alexandria, officially kicked off a seven day online auction on the Temple & Webster website where people can go to bid for their favourite creation and help raise funds for Legacy. We have a close eye on one or two for the office!
The public also gets the chance to see the amazing chairs for themselves, before they place their bids, at a free exhibition held at The Grounds of Alexandria from 8am Friday 24th October until 4pm Sunday 26th October.
