Leilani is Chief Executive Officer of Thrive. She started the company at 25 and has built it to be one of the most successful independent PR agencies in Australia with established offices in Melbourne and Sydney and most recently Brisbane and Auckland. She has represented some of the world’s biggest brands and has devised strategic communications plans that have delivered great success to emerging companies. With an enviable network of influencers and in-depth local knowledge, her expertise lies in media communication and strategic planning.

CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Clare is a results oriented marketing and communications specialist with experience working with leading global brands in Europe, across Australia and New Zealand.
Her experience spans tourism, corporate, FMCG, telco, technology and lifestyle brands. Clare has worked with a diverse array of brands to build their PR and communications strategies, including corporate clients such as Optus, Allianz and Are Media as well as Air New Zealand, Cisco, GoPro, ASUS, Twitter and Mitsubishi Electric, to name a few. Through her work at leading Australian PR agencies over that past few years, she has earned a reputation for building successful teams and delivering superior results with award winning campaigns.

SNEZNA KEREKOVIC
Snezna Kerekovic has over 25 years' experience developing and executing strategic and creative integrated communications campaigns for a diverse range of industries and clients. She is a specialist across consumer and corporate with extensive issues and crisis management experience.
Her career has spanned journalism, PR and brand creator/marketer, before moving into the People & Culture role at Thrive. Taking her years of experience in the PR industry working in agencies, she is driving a culture that has the wellness of the team at its centre.

Zoe brings over 13 years’ of experience across both the consumer and corporate markets. She combines strategy, critical thinking and creativity to deliver impactful communications solutions to engage audiences, drive brand awareness and ultimately business impact.
Leading campaigns for Crown Resorts, News Corp, ANZ Bank, Lavazza, Schweppes, American Express, Netflix, Nova Entertainment, City of Melbourne, Virgin Australia and Intercontinental Hotels Group, Zoe develops long standing relationships with local and national media and key business stakeholders utilising her skills in communication, negotiation and networking.
In her role as Business Director and Melbourne Lead, Zoe leads a multidisciplinary team of dynamic consultants, playing a key role in team culture, growth and engagement, commercial success and operations.

ALEX ROBINSON
With over 20 years’ experience, Alex is a strategic and creative social media expert with an impressive background developing social strategy, leading creative ideation and content amplification for diverse clients including FMCG, broadcasting and advertising.
He has led social campaigns and produced content for brands including Cochlear, MTV and Warner Music.
Prior to joining Thrive, Alex was the Managing Editor / Social Lead at Netflix ANZ and Digital Content and Marketing Manager at Football Federation Australia.

As Creative Director for AU+NZ based in Sydney, Tom brings big idea thinking, deep strategic understanding and a desire to help Thrivers thrive, no matter what the brief.
He is also a strong believer in nurturing trusted client partnerships and ensuring quality through an obsessive attention to detail.
