GENERAL MANAGER AUSTRALASIA
A driven public relations professional with two decades of experience, Kelly is leader at Thrive having started with the business in 2000. Throughout her career she has directed some of Thrive’s most prestigious global accounts, devised and delivered stand-out client strategies and nurtured relationships between consulting teams and clients. With her ‘glass half full attitude’, Kelly’s creative approach ensures her clients receive the most effective campaign results. As a long-serving executive team member, Kelly has played a critical role in shaping Thrive and helping it become the success it is today. She took over the reigns as General Manager of the Melbourne office in July 2015, sits on the company’s national Executive Team and was most recently appointed to the role of General Manager (Australasia).
MANAGING DIRECTOR AUSTRALASIA
Leilani is founder and MD of Thrive. She started the company at 25 and has built it to be one of the most successful independent PR agencies in Australia with established offices in Melbourne and Sydney and most recently Brisbane and Auckland. She has represented some of the world’s biggest brands and has devised strategic communications plans that have delivered great success to emerging companies. With an enviable network of influencers and in-depth local knowledge, her expertise lies in media communication and strategic planning.

GENERAL MANAGER, SYDNEY
Clare is a results orientated marketing and communications specialist with experience working with leading global brands in Europe and across Australia and New Zealand. She spearheads Thrive’s Sydney office and team as Business Director.
Clare’s experience spans tourism, corporate, FMCG, telco, technology and lifestyle brands. Most recently, Clare has worked with a diverse array of brands to build their PR and communications strategies, including corporate clients such as Optus, Allianz and Bauer Media as well as Air New Zealand, Cisco, GoPro, ASUS, Twitter and Mitsubishi Electric, to name a few.
Through her work at leading Australian PR agencies over the past few years, she has earned a reputation for building successful teams and delivering superior results with award winning campaigns.
Lauren is a communication professional with over 11 years’ experience in Australia, in-house and agency side, working across healthcare, financial services, regulation and the business sector. She has rich experience in public relations, investor relations, issues management, content development and strategy, with a passion to drive the best possible results, coupled with an excellent understanding of the Australian corporate and political landscape. This provides her the insight into the importance of extracting maximum value for investment.
Lauren leads Thrive’s Melbourne office, supporting the team to deliver incredible work for their clients. Outside of work, Lauren is a competitive power-lifter, foodie and loves to travel.
Pete Fairbairn has been working in the sports media space since he joined Thrive in 2010 as a PR Assistant, going on to work for Eskander's Betstar as their first in-house PR manager. He then moved to the Melbourne Rebels as Media Manager, the sole Communications staff member in a city that wasn't exactly enamoured in Rugby Union; a great challenge which required creative thinking!
Pete relocated to Sydney in late 2015 to work as Communications & Commercial Manager of The Rugby Union Players' Association (RUPA), before boomeranging back to Thrive as the new Group Account Director (Sport) in 2020. Based in Brisbane, Pete is tasked with helping to grow Thrive's sports division alongside delivering excellence for current accounts.
Snezna Kerekovic has over 25 years' experience developing and executing strategic and creative integrated communications campaigns for a diverse range of industries and clients. Her career has spanned journalism, PR and brand creator/marketer.
She has spent the bulk of her career working in the health and wellness space, first as the Managing Editor and Publisher of Australian Pharmaceutical Publishing Company - leading its esteemed stable of B2B magazines, and launching a health and beauty consumer magazine. During her tenure she became a much sought after and trusted voice for the industry.
PEOPLE & CULTURE DIRECTOR
Lucy has a decade of PR and publicity experience, working in house for some of New Zealand's leading TV broadcasters and agency side where she has crafted and led strategic PR campaigns and projects in the food, beauty, healthcare, tech and fashion spaces. A true consumer PR with ample corporate experience, she is based in New Zealand and leads Thrive's Auckland team.
A veteran with over two decades of regional PR experience, Diana has been leading clients across sectors including technology, consumer, telecom, F&B and healthcare. Employing a positive, collaborative and practical approach, Diana has a reputation for leading brands through transformation and growth to deliver tangible business outcomes. Diana has developed integrated strategies for B2B and B2C clients covering thought leadership, media and influencer engagement, event management, media training and issues and crisis management. Diana is part of Thrive’s Senior Leadership Team.
Jacinta is a Group Account Director with over 15 years' experience working within government, corporate, in-house and an agency environment. Jacinta specialises in developing strategies to drive internal and external campaigns, stakeholder and community engagement, education and communication activities to successfully build organisational reputation and brand.
Chris is a group account director in the Thrive Sydney team, overseeing some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading corpsumer campaigns.
With more than 12 years’ experience working across both consumer and corporate PR, Chris specialises in challenging clients and consumers to deliver better, smarter marcomms results.
Chris has worked extensively with global brands to drive market development through awareness raising campaigns across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Georgia belongs to the “socially native” generation. As a creative thinker and marketing strategist for the past 15 years she has worked with some of the biggest brands in the market. She has led social campaigns and produced content for brands including ANZ, BP, Subaru, Officeworks and Mars to name a few. Having recently returned to Thrive, Georgia’s leads Integration, Content and Social. Her strength lies in merging creativity, business objectives and insights. This approach ensures social media campaigns and content is designed to embed our clients’ brands and storytelling into contemporary culture across all channels. Georgia jointly leads Thrive Media, a collective of Australian and New Zealander specialist journalists, editors, creatives and content producers.
INTEGRATION, CONTENT & SOCIAL
Kate is a senior integrated communications consultant with ten years of experience in Australia, APAC, and New York, across consumer lifestyle, food and beverage, CPG and retail industries.
Known for her creative and dynamic approach, Kate has extensive experience in leading award-winning earned media campaigns for global and local brands including; 7-Eleven, Deliveroo, Nintendo, ANZ, Goodman-Fielder, as well as AMEX, Afterpay, Kathmandu, Spotlight and Anaconda.
A strong brand storyteller, Kate's passion is creating strategies that deliver meaningful results that both excite and engage consumers.
A Senior Account Director based in Sydney, Kate is helping grow Thrive’s community presence as well as driving core consumer accounts.
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST
Growing up in the golden age of social media, Sarah is a creative marketer always with her finger on the pulse of new digital trends and technologies.
Working with national brands for over six years, in-house and agency, Sarah has a wealth of experience in influencer marketing, visual storytelling, and social media advertising campaigns for brands including Emporium, Chadstone – The Fashion Capital, adidas, TikTok for Business and UNIQLO.
With a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including online consumer behaviour and trends, she can successfully drive brand love online, tapping into new and existing audiences.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Corporate Group Account Director with extensive B2B/ B2C brand reputation and issues/crisis experience to join our corporate practice in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for key client relationships; leading teams to deliver corporate and brand reputation work; handling issues and crisis on behalf of clients; maintaining relationships with top-tier corporate media and key opinion leaders; thinking strategically and creatively on behalf of our clients; and leading new business initiatives.

Thrive is looking for a dynamic Technology Group Account Director with extensive enterprise and consumer technology public relations experience to join us in our Sydney office. The successful candidate will have deep expertise, spanning consumer and enterprise tech, and PR experience in managing client relationships; delivering strategic media campaigns; thought leadership; maintaining and developing relationships with top-tier tech and consumer media and influencers; thinking strategically and creatively on behalf of our clients; and the passion to drive new business growth.

DIGITAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - MELBOURNE
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Account Executive (DAE) with 1-2 years’ experience, to join our Content & Social team in our Melbourne office.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Digital Strategist and Digital Account Manager, in helping to create and schedule social content, community management, social ad buy and reporting. The DAE will play an integral role in ensuring that our campaigns meet our clients’ objectives and deliver on the strategy set.
