HEAD OF TALENT (SYD)
Thrive is on the hunt for a Head of Talent to help our company as we scale and cement our position as Australasia’s leading public relations agency.
The role is all about our people - the development of our people, the wellbeing of our people, the career trajectory of our people, the happiness of our people. The role plays a key part of acquiring and inspiring new talent, as well as motivating and retaining current talent.
It’s essential that Thrive’s Head of Talent comes from a PR or media agency background, is well versed on all things compliance across Australia and New Zealand, along with being a diligent and dynamic administrator.
HEAD OF TECH & INNOVATION (SYD)
Thrive is on the hunt for a Head of Tech & Innovation to help our company as we scale, transform and cement our position as Australasia’s leading public relations agency. The role is all about the adoption and implementation of new technology within our agency and our service offering. You’ll be involved in setting the technological vision in order to achieve business goals and will work closely with the MD to ensure the technology we create and adopt forges us into the future.
It’s essential that Thrive’s Head of Tech comes from a hands-on SMB environment and is a good communicator who keeps up to date with the latest technologies across operations, HR and customer service functions.
We want someone who shares our values - passion, teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement - and someone who will help us to innovate and take advantage of being an independent agency delivering the ‘best of both worlds’ in terms of agency size, scale and opportunities along with being a family-owned business with a boutique, engaging approach.
This is a generalist innovation role that will combine tech and digital experience and ideally knowledge of the media/advertising/PR industry.
The role will be based in Sydney and will manage activity across five office locations including AU and NZ. The role will also oversee our contracted external IT provider.
ENTERPRISE TECH/CORPORATE COMMS SENIOR CONSULTANT (SYD)
We are looking for a senior Expertise Tech/Corp Comms specialist to join our Sydney team and help cement our position as the leading technology PR agency in the region. This role will take on a number of key enterprise accounts and support with the growth of our enterprise and corporate businesses.
The role - the equivalent of account director / senior account director level - will be suited to someone dynamic, who wants to learn, grow and accelerate their career on an exciting and diverse portfolio of corporate and enterprise technology clients. Working with Australia and the globe’s most successful tech companies, the role provides some unique opportunities to work at senior level and as part of a team across interesting and challenging assignments. Thrive is the preferred agency for some of the world’s leading and fastest growing technology brands including Cisco, Optus, Dataminr and GenPact. You will contribute to the growth and success of these and others within Thrive’s client portfolio.
